Todd Comeau's Sopwith Dolphin/Spad XIII Upper Wing In Cockpit Enhancement

Currently in the Flanders Fields Patch the Spad XIII is a "suspension of
disbelief" Sopwith Dolphin when flying with 19 Sqn, 79 Sqn and 87 Sqn with the
British. These in cockpit views help alleviate the suspension of disbelief by
making the interior view feel more like a Dolphin. This add on is courtesy of
Todd Comeau.
