Mark Hutchinson has created version 4.0 of the Moving Front Patch. It is intended for the date based Western Front Patch 2 only and recreates the changes in front lines during W.W.I.
It is up for download here at Wings Of Honor in the Red Baron II/3D section under Resources -> Unofficial Patches (UOP)-> Western Front Patch 2.
